Ross Thompson, Managing Director
Ross has led Health Staffing Australia for the past eight years. He brings significant experience in both recruitment and healthcare.
Ross and his team understand patient care comes first for their clients and deliver specialist recruitment expertise to secure quality staff members who are able to provide exceptional care.
Ross holds a variety of formal and informal leadership roles within the recruitment industry. As a recruitment specialist and Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association of Australia (NSW/ACT) Council Member, Ross received the 2019 RCSA Outstanding Contribution Award.
Ross was nominated again in 2020, this time for his work in providing emergency staffing to bushfire-affected facilities during the Black Summer bushfire crisis. Ross also delivers perspectives on topical issues within the industry and beyond while Health Staffing Australia plays a key role with Aged Care & Community Services Australia (ACSA) as a national partner.
Chelsea Wilding, Business Manager
Chelsea brings a positive outlook and excellent customer service to her role.
As Business Manager, Chelsea oversees many operational aspects of Health Staffing Australia including working with new and existing clients and ensuring all clients and staff members are happy and supported in the workplace.
She consistently introduces new strategies and procedures to help the team find the right person for the right job.

For after hours requests and support, Mia is typically the welcoming voice you'll hear to help you. Mia ensures that concerns are managed no matter the time of day and that all shifts are actioned throughout the night to prepare for the coming day.

Rose is one of our helpful allocators making sure that our resources match client demand and that all systems are running efficiently. Rose manages the roster to pre-book shifts and keep the schedule up-to-date.
